Fire Incidents

A bush fire is burning in the **Goulburn River National Park**, in the locations of **Flags Road, Worondi Creek Road, Baerami, Baerami Creek, Widden, Yarrawa and Kerrabee**. The fire has burnt more than 12,684 hectares and is being controlled. Monitor conditions and stay up to date in case the situation changes. Know what you will do if the situation changes.

A bush fire continues to burn north of **Redhead** on the western side of **Redhead Rd** and south of **Oakdale Road.** This fire is more than 91 hectares and is being controlled.

A bush fire is burning south of Booral Road and on both sides of the Pacific Highway. The fire is over 5,121 hectares in size and is being controlled. There are still a number of active pockets of fire burning across the fireground, with firefighters working to contain the spread. There is a high chance of showers this morning, and will remain mostly cloudy through the afternoon before showers and thunderstorms develop late Wednesday evening.

Due to the increased risk of fire, the Rural Fire Service (RFS) is requesting harvest operators immediately stop and check local weather conditions before deciding whether it is safe to continue harvesting.

The fire burning in the **Koolewong, Phegans Bay and Woy Woy Bay** area is now contained. Fire activity remains minimal, with firefighters mopping up hotspots and patrolling the fireground overnight. This will be the **final update** for this fire, however the recovery information below will continue to be updated as relevant.

A bush fire is burning in the **Home Hills Road** area, approximately 22km south of Rylstone. Firefighters were engaged in property protection overnight along **Home Hills Road** and **Marsden Road** and will continue to do so today. If you are in these areas, monitor conditions and follow the advice of emergency services personnel on scene. Predominately easterly winds today will push the fire in a westerly direction towards the **Clandulla** and **Brogan Creek** areas.
